We Are Divine Beings Living a Human Experience

When you remember that you are a divine being living a human experience, something in you softens.
Your body softens.
Your heart opens.
A sense of warmth spreads within you.
And in that moment, you remember.
You remember that there is more.
That life is made of much more.
Not only of suffering,
pain,
jealousy,
(self-)criticism,
unworthiness.
These are man-made states of mind, created to generate separation among living beings.
But when you remember that you are not only human, you also remember this:
In the divine realm, there is no separation.
There are no words that define pain the way we, humans, do.
There is no hierarchy of worth or power.
There is no judgment.
There is love, softness and expansion.
Our human mind is designed to keep us safe. And this is good. We can thank our mind for doing its job.
At the same time, the downside of this is that it often keeps us small, contracted, stuck in the same place —for days, for weeks, for years, sometimes for a lifetime. Precisely because it is doing what it knows best: keeping us safe, inside the comfort zone, no matter how good or how bad we feel within it.
But that is not the journey we are here to experience. Our soul longs for expansion.
And the power to say yes to your soul’s journey —and no to a life that keeps you stuck —is already within you.
If this resonates, you’re welcome to explore the spaces I hold for women.
Take care dear Woman,
Martina
